Questions, answered
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most clients give us a door code, lockbox or hidden key. We’ll text you when we arrive and when we’re finished, and we lock up behind us.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything, including vacuums, microfiber cloths and family- and pet-friendly products. If you’d rather we use your own products, just leave them out with a note.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
Text us within 24 hours with a photo of anything that was missed and we’ll come back to re-clean it for free. That’s our promise on every visit.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on bedrooms, bathrooms, how often we visit and any extras you add. Recurring plans get a discount. Your first visit may take a little longer if the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently.
Can I skip or cancel a visit?
Yes. There are no contracts. Skip, reschedule or cancel anytime with at least 48 hours’ notice and there’s no fee.
Do you clean homes with pets?
We love pets. Let us know about yours when you book. We’ll pay extra attention to pet hair, and we’re happy to work around nap times.
