Terms of Service
What your website includes, how you pay and what happens if you're not happy. Simple and in writing.
1. Who we are
Habita Motion SpA is a web design studio based in Chile that serves businesses worldwide. In these terms, "we" means Habita Motion SpA and "you" means the business that orders a website.
2. What we do
We design and publish a website for your business based on a preview that you see and approve before you pay. The preview is free and comes with no obligation.
3. The website package
- Price: US$99 one-time (launch price, valid for orders placed until November 15, 2026). After that date the regular price is US$149 one-time.
- All prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes or fees your bank or payment provider may charge.
- Includes: a custom one-page website designed for your industry, mobile-first; a .com domain for the first year, registered in your name; click-to-call, a contact/quote form and Google Maps; basic on-page SEO; and 30 days of free edits after publication.
- Not included (quoted separately): online booking systems, online stores with a cart, online payments, extra pages, copywriting beyond the basics, professional photography and paid advertising.
4. Payment
Once you approve your preview, we send you an invoice. You can pay by PayPal or by card through the invoice. We start publishing once the payment is received.
5. Approval and publication
We adjust the preview with you (text, photos and colors) until you approve it. After approval and payment, we publish the website on your domain, usually the same or the next business day. Domain registration and DNS changes can occasionally take longer for reasons outside our control.
6. 7-day money-back guarantee
If, within 7 days after publication, you are not happy with the website, tell us by email and we will refund 100% of what you paid for the website and take it down. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the domain has already been registered in your name, it remains yours.
7. Edits
- For 30 days after publication, we make text, photo, price and hours changes you request by email or WhatsApp at no cost, usually within one business day.
- New features or sections (for example, online booking or a store) are quoted separately.
8. After the first year
- The website stays online after the first year. There is no required monthly fee.
- The .com domain must be renewed every year. We renew it at cost (about US$15/year, depending on the registrar's price) and send you an invoice before it expires. You can also choose to manage the renewal yourself.
9. Optional Care Plan
- US$15/month, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing month.
- Includes unlimited small edits (text, photos and prices), hosting monitoring and a monthly visits report through our dashboard.
- "Small edits" means changes to existing content. Redesigns, new pages and new features are quoted separately.
10. Your domain and your content
- The .com domain is registered in your name. It is yours.
- The text, photos and logos you give us remain yours. You confirm that you have the right to use them.
- If you stop working with us, we give you what you need to keep the website or move it to another provider.
11. Using your website as a reference
We only show your website in our portfolio or ads if you give us permission.
12. Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep your website fast and online, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, numbers of visits or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
13. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. Changes do not affect orders already paid.
